RESEARCH INTERESTS
Dr. Faulkner's research interests lie on the border between theoretical and experimental optics, with a particular interest in high resolution electron microscopy and synchrotron science. Areas of particular interest include diffraction physics, phase retrieval, inversion problems and optical vortices. Dr. Faulkner has research links with universities including Arizona State University (USA) and The University of Sheffield, (UK).
